Carrier Group Administrators (CGAs) help ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.

By managing secure access to PCRB and DCRB applications and maintaining accurate organizational information, CGAs support their organization’s daily operations while strengthening communication, security, and continuity across the membership experience.

What Is A CGA?

A Carrier Group Administrator (CGA) is the designated representative responsible for managing Application Manager access on behalf of a PCRB and DCRB member carrier.

Carrier Group Administrators review user access requests, approve or deny application access as appropriate, and help ensure users maintain the permissions necessary to perform their responsibilities.

More importantly, CGAs help safeguard their organization’s access to PCRB and DCRB applications by maintaining accurate user information and ensuring access reflects current business needs.

As digital services continue to expand, the CGA serves as an important operational contact between the member carrier and PCRB.
